Buscamos un Product Owner para sumarse a un equipo multidisciplinario de Ingeniería y Desarrollo de Proyectos de una empresa líder del sector energético en Chile. El equipo ejecuta en paralelo varias iniciativas de digitalización y plataformas con agentes de IA: tres frentes activos, más un espacio de mejora continua y levantamiento de nuevas iniciativas.

Es un rol de ejecución y coordinación. La expertise de negocio la aportan los equipos internos; buscamos experiencia real y comprobable como Product Owner o rol equivalente. Modalidad remota desde Latinoamérica, tiempo completo, contractor.

Qué harás

Mantener al día la documentación, planificaciones y roadmaps de las tres iniciativas.
Facilitar dailies y ceremonias ágiles, anticipando riesgos y bloqueos antes de que impacten la planificación.
Ser el nexo entre el equipo de desarrollo remoto y los equipos internos de tecnología e infraestructura.
Administrar entregables, capacidad y avance en ClickUp.
Apoyar el levantamiento y la evaluación de nuevas oportunidades digitales y de IA.
Moverte entre tres iniciativas en paralelo sin perder el hilo (dedicación estimada 40% / 30% / 15%, más 15% en mejora continua).

Qué buscamos

3+ años de experiencia comprobable como Product Owner o en un rol equivalente de coordinación de delivery.
Manejo de backlog, sprint planning y ceremonias en entornos ágiles (Scrum).
ClickUp o una herramienta equivalente de gestión de trabajo.
Español nativo, con comunicación escrita y verbal ordenada.

Deseable

Experiencia en entornos corporativos grandes, con governance, políticas y ciclos de accesos.
Exposición a agentes de IA o automatización de procesos.

What you’ll bring

Deep knowledge of modern React, including hooks, functional components, component architecture, and state management.
Strong TypeScript, ES6+, asynchronous JavaScript, and REST API skills.
Strong understanding of software architecture and frontend engineering best practices.
Experience collaborating across frontend and backend systems; .NET experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.
Ability to remain hands-on while mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.

What you’ll do
