What you’ll do

Lead and mentor frontend and cross-functional engineers, providing technical direction and establishing code review standards.
Architect and build complex React components and feature modules with a strong focus on maintainability and user experience.
Own frontend features end to end, from technical design through production deployment.
Optimize application performance through code splitting, memoization, efficient state management, and other modern React patterns.
Collaborate with backend engineers to define API contracts and contribute to .NET backend services when needed.
Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and help the team resolve complex engineering challenges.
Diagnose production and cross-browser issues while maintaining strong testing and documentation standards.

What you’ll bring

5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years building production applications with React.
Proven experience leading engineering teams as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar role. This experience must be clearly demonstrated in your professional background.
Deep knowledge of modern React, including hooks, functional components, component architecture, and state management.
Strong TypeScript, ES6+, asynchronous JavaScript, and REST API skills.
Strong understanding of software architecture and frontend engineering best practices.
Experience collaborating across frontend and backend systems; .NET experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles.
Ability to remain hands-on while mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership.
C1 English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll act as the bridge between engineering and cross-functional leadership, communicating priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines. Your scope will include real-time location tracking, carrier matching, event-driven services, and payment integrations.

What you’ll do

Lead sprint planning and execution, breaking complex initiatives into clear, actionable tasks.
Write, review, and ship production-grade backend code, leading by example.
Mentor developers and establish standards for code quality, testing, and code reviews.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, dependencies, scope, and timelines.

As a Fullstack Developer, you’ll build and ship production-ready features using Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS serverless services. Your work will span load submission, invoicing and collections, funding, broker credit, and FMCSA lookups in a product used in English and Spanish.

You’ll work closely with the Tech Lead, owning features from specification through deployment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the stack, cares about user experience, and takes pride in delivering reliable software.

What you’ll do

Build complete features end to end, including UI, APIs, database changes, automated tests, and deployment.
Develop interfaces with Next.js and TypeScript, following established design systems and handling edge cases, empty states, and errors.
Build scalable backend services using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and SQS.
Design schemas and write SQL for PostgreSQL data supporting loads, invoices, documents, and other operational workflows.
Integrate banking, credit, identity, and other third-party services, including webhooks, retries, and failure handling.
Write meaningful automated tests, particularly for workflows involving financial transactions and sensitive data.
Use CI/CD pipelines and preview deployments to ship changes reliably.
