Niuro is hiring a Senior AWS Infrastructure Engineer for a US fintech company that handles sensitive financial data. You will own production AWS infrastructure end to end: reliability, security, automation, observability and cost, across .NET services and AI-integrated features.

What you'll do

Design, build and operate production AWS infrastructure end to end.
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform: reusable modules, remote state and controlled deployments.
Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for backend services, with reliable deploys and fast rollback.
Own monitoring, logging, alerting and incident response.
Harden IAM, networking, secrets, encryption and access controls.
Optimize cost, performance and availability as usage grows.

What you bring

10+ years in infrastructure, DevOps or cloud engineering, with a strong recent focus on AWS.
Hands-on EC2, ECS or EKS, Lambda, VPC networking, IAM, RDS, S3 and CloudWatch.
Production Terraform with reusable modules, remote state and safe change workflows.
CI/CD, Docker and containerized services in production, including .NET workloads.
Security practice: least-privilege IAM, secrets management, encryption.
A current AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional preferred).
C1 English and availability to work US Eastern hours, starting immediately.

Nice to have: fintech or regulated environments, compliance, infrastructure for AI/LLM services.

At Niuro, we're hiring a Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a US B2B company. 100% remote from LATAM, full time, long term.

Think of this role as the developer's favorite developer: your customers are the engineers, and the platform you build is the product they use to ship safely without waiting on anyone. Some of those customers are AI agents.

What you'll do

Own platform components end to end: Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns and CI/CD workflows.
Build self-service infrastructure and internal developer tools (APIs, CLIs, agent-accessible interfaces) that remove manual bottlenecks.
Make the platform observable and feedback-rich, so automated systems can self-correct and teams can see what is happening.
Implement guardrails, secrets hygiene and audit trails that hold up at scale.
Write docs and runbooks for both human developers and AI agent operations, and drive adoption across teams.

What you bring

5+ years in platform engineering, DevOps or SRE.
Strong hands-on Kubernetes, containers and AWS and/or Azure.
Deep Terraform: module design and CI/CD integration.
Solid Linux and CLI fluency: bash/zsh, SSH, DNS, routing, network diagnostics.
Daily use of LLM dev tools (Claude Code, Gemini CLI or similar) in your engineering workflow.
C1 English or higher.

Nice to have: GitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD), Helm, OPA/Conftest, API design, MCP integrations, observability stacks.

Lidera la célula de DevOps & Cloud Engineering, definiendo los estándares de automatización e Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y actuando como principal referente técnico ante el SRE Manager.

Formación académica requerida:

● Formación académica: Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación o carrera afín.

● Formación complementaria (deseable): Certificación profesional en DevOps/Cloud (ej. Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer) o formación en liderazgo de equipos técnicos.

Responsabilidades principales:

● Ejecución de la estrategia de CI/CD e IaC: Liderar la ejecución diaria de la estrategia definida junto con el SRE Manager.

● Distribución del trabajo: Asignar y priorizar el trabajo entre Pr., Sr. y Jr. DevOps Engineers. ● Autoridad operativa de la célula: Decidir sin aprobación previa sobre estructura de pipelines y selección de tooling interno.

● Escalamiento selectivo: Escalar al SRE Manager solo cambios de estándar mayor o que afecten a otra célula. ● Roadmap de automatización: Priorizar el roadmap de automatización e IaC de la célula.

● Desarrollo del equipo: Conducir la daily de la célula y el 1:1 semanal con cada ingeniero. Requisitos técnicos: ● Experiencia: 6+ años en DevOps/Platform Engineering, con 1-2 liderando equipos.

● CI/CD e IaC: Dominio avanzado de GitLab CI/CD y Terraform.

● Cloud: Experiencia sólida en GKE y arquitectura cloud nativa.

● Platform Engineering: Experiencia diseñando Golden Paths / Internal Developer Platforms. Habilidades deseadas:

● Trayectoria previa: Haber ejercido como Pr. DevOps Engineer antes de liderar personas.

● FinOps: Conocimiento de optimización de costo cloud.
