What you'll do

Translate business priorities into clear outcomes, written task briefs, scope boundaries and measurable definitions of success.
Coordinate parallel AI engineering workstreams, shared code, technical decisions and dependencies.
Configure AI coding tools, terminal sessions and automation, keeping objectives, progress and handoffs visible.
Inspect code changes and tests, require proper review, and oversee safe integration, releases and real-world verification.
Evaluate AI output through source review and meaningful tests, not automated summaries.

What you bring

6+ years in software engineering, including technical leadership of concurrent development workstreams.
Hands-on experience with several AI coding tools or agent frameworks.
Strong ability to read code changes, investigate defects, run meaningful tests and judge AI-generated output.
Command line, shell scripting, Git and repeatable development workflows.
Experience building automation for concurrent sessions or development processes; macOS or desktop automation is a plus.
Precise written communication: task instructions, progress summaries and handover notes.

Objetivo:

Responsabilidades principales:
