As a .NET Senior Developer at BairesDev, you'll be akin to a full-time problem solver in our Development Team. We anticipate that your capabilities will blend experience, knowledge, and autonomy. Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing various services and APIs for the Degreed product, adhering to SOLID principles to create maintainable and high-quality code, collaborating with product owners to ensure alignment with business requirements and the Degreed strategy, and working closely with designers, UX experts, and other developers to understand new features and technical dependencies.

We're seeking candidates with experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, cloud platforms, advanced algorithm knowledge, IT infrastructure expertise, familiarity with agile methodologies, a strong grasp of best practices and design patterns, experience building applications from scratch, proficiency in automated tests and CI/CD pipelines, expertise in version control, and proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and code coverage. Advanced English proficiency is also required.
