What You'll Do:

• Collaborate in fast-paced, agile teams to build and enhance a robust software platform.
• Own the complete development lifecycle of features and platform enhancements, ensuring high quality and functionality.
• Participate actively in technical discussions, providing expert insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Play a vital role in all aspects of building our client's cloud platform and web applications, covering both front-end and back-end development.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to optimize development efficiency.

• Participate in maintaining our client's strict healthcare security protocols.
• Foster a supportive environment for junior engineers on your team.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or have equivalent experience.
• You boast at least 4 years of experience working on software development teams, building and deploying full-stack web applications.
• You're passionate about building high-quality products and owning the development process from start to finish, with a commitment to excellent design and development standards.
• You excel in collaborating with product and design teams to create user-friendly healthcare applications.
• You're familiar with common software development practices such as version control, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy teamwork.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Experience with data pipelines or applications using Java, Groovy, or Kotlin is a plus.
• Experience building applications using React (mandatory) and TypeScript (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Cypress, Jest, Mocha, JUnit, or Cucumber.
• Experience building applications on either SQL or NoSQL technologies.
• In-depth experience building and maintaining services with either MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka (NoSQL), or SQL databases (SQL) is a plus.

Bonus Points:

• You have prior experience in healthcare and life sciences.
• You're familiar with Amazon Athena for data analysis.
• You possess knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR).
• You've used integration engines (Mirth Connect, Mulesoft) for healthcare data exchange.
