The Opportunity:

Join our passionate team as a Senior UX Designer! You'll have the flexibility to work in two unique ways:

• Team Augmentation: Become an integral part of our client's team, collaborating daily with their designers and engineers.
• Design & Build: Work alongside a dedicated FullStack product team to build and deliver exceptional products.

You're a Perfect Fit If:

• You have 5+ years of UX design experience and a mastery of Figma.
• You're comfortable using Sketch as well.
• You possess fluent English communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree is a must.
• You're a problem-solver who can contribute to design libraries and continuous integration/delivery processes.
• You have a keen eye for detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
• You have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and complex systems.
• You take ownership of your work, striving to meet agreed-upon expectations.
• You understand and align with our client goals, delivering on commitments.
• You're available for a consistent 40-hour workweek.
