🚀 Job Opening: Backend TypeScript Developer/Support (AWS) with AI/LLM Expertise

10:00 - 18:00 (UTC -6)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to alerts in Opsgenie related to our AWS Microservices.
• Gain an understanding of our various systems and conduct investigations as needed.
• Assist in creating new dashboards and enhancing our monitoring capabilities.
• Engage in substantial development work due to infrequent alerts.
• Participate in the development of a multi-agent AI system designed to enrich alerts with additional information, create incidents based on various criteria, access our documentation for resolution advice, and auto-fix issues. We want you to be part of this initiative!
• Work with LLM Models and Agents.
• Develop, maintain, and extend MicroServices using TypeScript.
• Write tests for your microservices.
• Utilize AWS components such as DynamoDB, Lambdas, Rest APIs, and Swagger API Definitions.
• Implement new features and fix bugs.
• Improve stability and quality of our systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Over 3 years of experience with TypeScript.
• Intermediate understanding of AWS solutions.
• Experience with APIs and containerization.
• Proficiency in English (working in a multinational environment).
