Principal Full Stack Engineer

• Full Stack Development: Highly experienced in Python, capable of managing full stack responsibilities.
• Platform Expertise: Concentrate on backend development, ensuring the platform’s scalability and reliability.
• Expectations: Balance between developing new features and new build-outs, alongside substantial maintenance, bug fixing, and refactoring of the existing infrastructure and codebase.
• Backend Focused: Exceptional backend development skills, significant full stack experience, ideally with extensive knowledge of payment gateways for transaction handling.
• Lead Engineering Team: Keep task tickets organized and up-to-date, assist with sprint planning, mentor colleagues, collaborate with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Expectations: Lead feature development and new build-outs while prioritizing maintenance, bug fixing, and refactoring efforts.
