Who You Are: A dedicated and experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a passion for clean energy solutions. You excel in both front-end and back-end development, working diligently and independently to drive projects to successful completion.

The Opportunity: Join CSW Energy as a pioneer in clean energy technology development and implementation. This role involves the full lifecycle development of web applications, optimizing UI/UX, and maintaining high standards in software development.

You will be the first member of the tech team, with the project expected to take 6-9 months to complete, followed by ongoing optimization and feature development. The ideal candidate will have the potential to grow into a team leader within 12+ months.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in full lifecycle development from design to support and maintenance.
• Implement best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient application development.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all developments to ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Build Solar RPF from scratch.

Must-Haves in a Candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in web application development.
• Experience in building fully functioning applications (be prepared to share examples).
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git (please share your Git profile).
• C2 Level English proficiency.
• A dedicated workspace free from distractions.
