What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Principal Software Engineer (JavaScript Full-Stack) to maintain and enhance our existing software. Your responsibilities will include recommending adjustments to address software issues, improving current software functionality, and ensuring the design, implementation, and upkeep of software meet our company's quality standards. Additionally, you will mentor, guide, and train other engineers.

To succeed in this role, you should evaluate user needs, time constraints, and system limitations when developing software. An outstanding Principal Software Engineer stays current with new technologies and software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and debug software.
• Enhance the performance of existing software.
• Provide training to other engineers.
• Maintain and upgrade existing software.
• Recommend new technologies to boost productivity.
• Supervise and oversee the technical aspects of projects.
• Investigate software-related complaints and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
• Regularly attend team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and propose solutions to issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience developing high-end solutions using JavaScript technologies (Node, React, Angular, Vue, Next) as the primary tech stack.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
• Experience with high-level programming languages such as Python and React.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies.
• Proven track record in building complex web systems.
• Ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English.
