We are seeking a Full Stack Technical Lead to join our team. You will collaborate with our exceptional clients in one of two ways:

Team Augmentation:

You will integrate directly into our client's team, working daily alongside their designers and engineers.

Design & Build:

You will join a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Over 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing and/or mentoring teams.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
• Proficiency in TypeScript development.
• Experience with Google Cloud services like Cloud Functions, Cloud Firestore, and BigQuery.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with interacting with simple web APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• A completed four-year college degree.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Ability to take full ownership of your work, meeting agreed-upon expectations daily.
• Alignment with FullStack's client goals and a commitment to delivering on team commitments.
• Consistent availability to work 40 hours per week.
