Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support and upkeep for SAP IBP systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to SAP IBP applications, configurations, and integrations.
• Collaborate with various teams to implement enhancements and improvements.
• Monitor system performance and take proactive steps to optimize the SAP IBP environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SAP IBP solutions and processes.
• Work closely with business users to understand their needs and deliver timely and effective support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in SAP support, with a specialization in SAP IBP.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) applications and features.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues with SAP IBP systems and configurations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
• Experience with SAP IBP modules for demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• SAP IBP certification is an advantage.
