We are currently looking for a versatile and skilled C#/.Net Core developer to join our fast-paced team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing high-performance web applications.

Hands-on experience with .NET Core & Microservices is required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new applications using .NET 6.x / .Net Core/C# / SQL Server 2012/2014 and newer.
• Work with API Gateways, REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML.
• Build and maintain Windows Services and console applications.
• Enhance existing software applications by adding new functionality.
• Lead and mentor developers, sharing expertise through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate with a small, dynamic team on an agile development schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a full stack developer.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and Microservices.
• Experience working with API Gateways, REST, SOAP, OAuth, and SAML.
• Familiarity with Kafka-based environments.
• Expertise in Microservices and Event-driven Architecture, particularly in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of OOP and SOLID design principles.
• Proficiency in Design Patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with MongoDB is a plus.
• Understanding of both Relational and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, MongoDB, and Elastic.
• Ability to create workflow charts and diagrams to visualize concepts.
• Quick adaptability to complex, existing environments.
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible, and a team player with excellent relationship management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Microsoft Certification is an asset.
• Experience as a lead developer is a plus.
• Experience with SharePoint Online, PowerApps, and Flow development is an advantage.
