We are looking for an experienced Senior React Developer to lead our front-end team. This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality web applications and requires extensive experience with React and other front-end technologies, as well as strong leadership skills to mentor the development team.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years in front-end development with a focus on React.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading front-end teams or projects.
- Front-End Expertise: Strong knowledge of traditional front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular, with familiarity in back-end technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server being a plus.
- Azure & .NET/C# Experience: Experience with Azure cloud services and .NET/C# is highly desirable.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English (C2 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Mentorship Skills: Ability to guide and mentor less experienced developers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Front-End Development: Oversee the front-end development process, ensuring the creation of scalable and maintainable web applications.
- React Development: Use your deep knowledge of React to design and implement complex multi-page applications.
- Architecture Design: Develop and manage front-end architecture, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, particularly in .NET and C#, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
- Communication: Serve as a key communication link within the team, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders.
