As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate directly with the CEO, CTO, and the team to design and build the core software infrastructure that powers telehealth services.

We are expanding our team of software engineers and are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Our serverless platform is built with Next.js and AWS to support a robust multi-tenant application. Experience with these frameworks, along with expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and API architecture, is essential.

What You'll Do:

• Design and document new services throughout the full development cycle: write clean, well-tested code and document both code and APIs within a modern tech stack.
• Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to an engineering culture focused on delivering simple, high-impact solutions.
• Create comprehensive testing across all environments, from end-user testing to linting.
• Act as a generalist engineer: you’ll work on everything from server and database development, API integration, to front-end implementation, taking ownership of the full development lifecycle.
• Build from the ground up: scale and automate existing services while also introducing new innovations. This is a unique chance to be part of a collaborative team where you’ll shape both the product strategy and development.

Who We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is a full-stack generalist with experience bringing a product from concept to launch. We're seeking someone who is entrepreneurial, hands-on, and passionate about transforming the healthcare industry.

• Backend-focused but skilled enough on the frontend.
• Highly proficient in React, TypeScript, Next.js, and JavaScript.
• Strong backend skills, including Rust, MySQL, Cloud Functions, and Microservices Architecture.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of projects and large codebase areas.
• Experience building paid products and services is a plus.
• Excellent communicator, capable of clearly explaining technical issues, constraints, and timelines.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, startup environment.
