Crunchtime, along with Zenput, helps manage inventory, staff scheduling, learning and development, food safety, and operational tasks and audits.

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to developing new features and maintaining our enterprise products. You’ll work alongside other talented engineers as a system thinker, continuing to evolve our platform.

The tech stack includes Java, Spring, SQL, MyBatis, and Oracle DB on the back end, with ExtJS and NodeJs on the front end. The Crunchtime Ops Management teams are responsible for the full-stack web application that powers the customer experience across web and mobile devices.

You’ll be building customer-facing functionality and improving the stability and scalability of the Crunchtime Enterprise Suite. The Senior Software Engineer role requires availability starting at 8 am EST on weekdays.

What you’ll do as a Senior Software Engineer

• Use the full technology stack to develop new features and applications for the Crunchtime platform, including web UI, webhooks, and APIs.
• Contribute to design and development decisions.
• Work in an agile environment, delivering value to customers incrementally using Scrum principles.
• Maximize velocity and minimize risk using TDD/CI and DevOps best practices.
• Communicate effectively using tools like Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
