About the Role

We are currently seeking an AEM Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including custom components, templates, and workflows.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to turn business requirements into scalable AEM technical solutions.
• Configure and manage AEM infrastructure, including servers, replication setups, and version control.
• Optimize content architecture in AEM to ensure smooth user experiences and site performance.
• Develop integrations with other systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and other connectors.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support for AEM applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and apply best development practices to maintain code quality.
• Stay updated on the latest AEM updates and industry trends to enhance team capabilities and platform functionality.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality before deployment.
• Document technical developments and user guides for maintenance and training purposes.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years specifically in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, dialogs, and workflows.
• Experience with AEM 6.x, including Sightly/HTL, Sling models, and OSGi configurations.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party system integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
