What You Will Do

You will have the opportunity to work in a company that invests in broader communities through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, designed to support those traditionally excluded from the financial system. Millions of Americans are unbanked or underbanked, lacking access to credit and other financial products that many of us consider standard. Through our CSR initiatives, we aim to make a tangible difference for these underserved populations.

This is a full-stack role focused on creating a high-quality paid membership product, but the team ultimately manages the web and backend systems for the entire registered user experience.

We Are Looking for Engineers with the Following Qualifications:

• Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and deploy new backend services that support web features
• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on industry best practices and team standards
• Develop robust, high-quality REST API endpoints, backend components, and GraphQL schemas to support feature and frontend development
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality
• Actively participate in code reviews by providing and receiving constructive feedback

Must-Have Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience as a web engineer
• At least 3 years of backend or full-stack experience with Python or Golang
• Solid experience in API development
• Extensive experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Experience in frontend development using React, HTML, and CSS
