About the Project:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Angular Web Developer who is passionate about conversion rate optimization to support our technology KPIs across various brands in the wellness and pet product sectors. As a vital member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to shape user experiences, enhance UI/UX, and drive significant conversions through your technical expertise and creativity.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions for web optimization.
• Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and QA to ensure all aspects of conversion rate optimization best practices are integrated into the code.
• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing web applications using Angular and other modern web technologies.
• Implement A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
• Collaborate closely with designers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX enhancements and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, identify potential performance issues, and optimize application performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve development processes and outcomes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive website improvements and user engagement.

What Will Help You Succeed in This Role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Angular 8.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience with HTML/CSS.
• 2+ years of experience working with REST APIs.
• 2+ years of experience with InVision, Photoshop, or Figma.
• Advanced English proficiency is required, as you'll work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions and broaden your horizons.
