Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new projects from start to finish.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React applications.
• Integrate React applications with legacy systems to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including backend developers, designers, and project managers—to deliver high-quality products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless feature delivery and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Experience Required

• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years focused on React.
• Strong expertise in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end development practices.
• Proven experience in developing projects from concept to delivery.
• Hands-on experience integrating React applications with existing systems and legacy architectures.
• Proficient in state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and pipelines such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira).
• Strong understanding of unit testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, React Native, or other front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques in front-end development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
