Our client is a fast-growing startup revolutionizing "Big & Bulky" logistics. Their mission is to simplify and enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of deliveries for customers across various industries.

As a Product Designer in Mexico City, you will play a critical role in defining the UI/UX strategy and vision. This position requires a strategic mindset to collaborate with Operations, Supply, and Technology teams to develop optimal designs. Your challenge will be creating innovative solutions to address complex operational challenges, identifying design pain points, leveraging user data, and working closely with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to bring these ideas to life.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years in product design, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Proficiency: Skilled in designing web and mobile applications.
• Portfolio: Proven success in designing impactful digital products with a strong design process and creative problem-solving skills.
• Specialization: Experience with map-based design and logistics solutions.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, user-focused, data-driven, and adaptable to ambiguity.
• Tools: Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS familiarity is a plus).
• Global Perspective: Ability to design for diverse user groups, including non-tech-savvy audiences.

• Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

• Type: Contract-to-Hire for the first 3 months; Full-Time thereafter
