A key role in our team is that of a Software Engineer in Test, who will drive our comprehensive automation strategy, defining test implementation and increasing coverage. This is a hands-on position that requires collaboration with product feature teams to ensure timely releases without regression. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing needs, design test automation, and perform exploratory testing
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for new and existing products and features
• Improve existing test automation frameworks and infrastructure, and support engineers in writing automated tests
• Test complex applications, including APIs, web, and mobile-based systems with database back-end systems
• Maintain and update existing tests, monitor failures, and report bugs
• Build and maintain systems to monitor test stability and report issues to engineers
• 6+ years of industry experience in software development, automation, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Kotlin, or Swift
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools, such as Espresso or XCUItest
• Experience with building automation frameworks and writing reliable, scalable, and reusable automated tests
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software development principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
