Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales experience selling complex, technical products or 6+ years of professional experience supporting technical products coupled with customer-facing experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to gain audience confidence
• Ability to build a deep understanding of a customer’s communications needs and guide them to a technical solution
• Previous software development experience or working knowledge in one or more areas, including backend, web development, and REST APIs
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese is desired
