Introduction to the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our Auction Engine using Go, implementing scalable and efficient backend services, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to develop new features and optimize existing ones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on Go
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Ability to work onsite 4 days a week

In addition to these requirements, we are looking for someone with:

• Proficiency in Go, with knowledge of best practices and patterns
• Experience with high-performance, low-latency systems
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency patterns

Preferred experience includes:

• Familiarity with auction theory or bidding algorithms
• Experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration tools
