As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of our Auction Engine, providing technical mentorship to our backend team, optimizing performance and scalability of backend services, and driving innovation and best practices in backend development.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.
• 8+ years of experience in backend development with Go is required, as well as proven experience in leading complex projects and teams.
• Expertise in Go and deep knowledge of backend architectures, distributed systems, microservices, and real-time data processing are necessary.
