✅ On-Site Field Engineer Requirements:

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Laptop with administrator rights, including:

  • Windows in English (US) for OS and keyboard (preferred)

  • Ability to change network settings (DHCP ↔ static)

  • USB-to-Serial driver installed (or ability to install)

  • TeamViewer / AnyDesk or another remote access software (mandatory). If the company does not allow remote access, the laptop cannot be used.

• New burnable USB stick

• Reliable internet bandwidth to download approx. 1.5GB in a reasonable time (connection drops may break the staging)

• Required cables per model:

  • VEP1400 → 2x Ethernet cables + 1x microUSB-to-USB cable
