JOB SUMMARY (brief overview of job):

The Platform Architect is responsible for designing and implementing software platforms that are robust, flexible, and efficient. They work closely with other teams in the organization, such as the development and operations teams, to ensure that the platform meets the organization’s needs and aligns with its technology strategy.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities which are highly specialized, require a large amount of time, have a limited number of people to perform task and/or the position exists primarily to perform the function.):

· The PA, in collaboration with the implementation, consulting, and business analyst team, will lead add guide discovery sessions, driving the development of comprehensive low-level design architecture for the CCaaS platform.

· The PA will provide expertise by establishing best practices and guidelines to ensure the effective and seamless implementation of the CCaaS platform.

· Participate in architectural reviews, code, reviews and technical discussions to provide insights and guidance.

· Create architectural blueprints, diagrams and documentation to guide the development teams.

· Be a technical consultant / SPOC to Customer leadership/technical teams for any solution clarification/ optimization/ recommendation.
