Berlitz is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead innovation in our language learning and ed-tech portfolio, driving the development of AI-powered products and digital learning experiences that impact learners around the world.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, data science, and learning teams to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions.

• Enhance our eLearning platform with innovative features that improve learner engagement, satisfaction, and growth.

• Integrate AI tools to personalize learning, optimize assessment, and elevate user experience.

• Manage LMS integrations, including Salesforce and Totara, ensuring data accuracy, privacy, and accessibility.

• Track and analyze KPIs to guide product performance and strategic decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management for digital or education technology products.

• Experience in ed-tech, language learning, or eLearning platforms.

• Strong understanding of LMS systems, React, Salesforce, and AI applications (a plus).

• Advanced English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to align technical and strategic priorities.

• Passion for language learning, innovation, and making a global impact through education.
