In this role, you’ll get to:

• Participate in meetings with the sales team and/or client to understand role requirements.

• Create job descriptions and post openings on various channels (LinkedIn, social media, communities).

• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn.

• Conduct initial interviews to validate technical skills, experience, and English level.

• Present a shortlist of candidates to the U.S. team.

• Keep internal tracking systems (ATS) up to date.

We are looking for you if you

• Have 4+ years of experience in recruiting.

• Have experience recruiting IT profiles,

• Have experience headhunting with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Have experience writing job descriptions and posting openings on different channels.

• Posess strong communication, organizational skills, and work independently.

• Are able to work remotely and handle digital tools.

• Have experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients.

• Are fluent in English (spoken and written) – you will be reporting directly to U.S. managers.

• Are based in LATAM

Desirable skills

• Experience recruiting talent across different locations (LatAm/US).

• Familiarity with platforms such as Job Diva, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.

• Experience or interest in implementing AI tools for recruitment processes.
