Salesforce Technical Lead – Remote

Overview We are actively seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead based in Mexico or Colombia for a full-time remote contract (C2C / independent contractor). This position supports a global enterprise client within an Application Management Services (AMS) environment. The role focuses on technical leadership, Salesforce support, incident resolution, platform stability, and continuous improvement.

Compensation

  • Total monthly pay: $4,000 USD (C2C)

  • Contract duration: 12 months with possible extension

  • Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and support analysts.

  • Manage AMS support operations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and SLAs.

  • Oversee Salesforce configurations, Apex development, LWC, and technical deliverables.

  • Provide daily production support for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Implement enhancements, fixes, and optimizations in alignment with Salesforce best practices.

  • Participate in release management, testing, deployments, and documentation updates.

  • Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and platform performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, business analysts, project managers).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of Salesforce development and consulting experience.

  • Strong coding experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC).

  • Solid background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

  • Proven experience in AMS, production support, incident management, and ITIL.

  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and Agile methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Spanish: Fluent

  • English: Fluent (professional working proficiency)
