Role Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined Technical Product Owner with a deep background in the tech industry to drive the requirement-gathering process for our SaaS platform. We need a specialist who excels at translating complex technical logic into crisp, actionable User Stories and detailed Data Maps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build-Ready Documentation: Write clear, build-ready user stories with solid acceptance criteria so engineering always knows exactly what to do next.

  • Proactive Problem Solving: Think through edge cases and failure paths up front, using your QA instincts to prevent issues before they happen.

  • Engineering Partnership: Partner daily with engineering and QA to refine requirements, answer questions, and keep work unblocked.

  • Agile Integration: Stay engaged in Agile routines like standups, planning, and refinement to help keep delivery predictable and smooth.

  • Strategic Validation: Validate ideas and requirements with users, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure we’re solving the right problems.

  • End-to-End Ownership: Own your requirements end-to-end—tracking progress, identifying risks early, and keeping documentation fresh and accurate.

  • Continuous Improvement: Look for opportunities to improve how we collaborate, write stories, and deliver features so the team gets better every sprint.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Advanced English level (If you do not have an advanced level of English, please do not apply; this position involves working with U.S. clients.)

  • Tech Industry Veteran: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, QA, Software Engineering, or a similar technical discipline within the tech world.

  • SaaS & Data Mapping: Strong technical fluency regarding APIs, integrations, data flows, and cloud-based SaaS concepts.

  • Documentation Mastery: A proven ability to write structured, testable, and implementation-ready user stories.

  • Agile Fluency: Deep experience working within Agile delivery teams and a mastery of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Precision Communication: The ability to explain "the how" to developers and "the why" to stakeholders with equal clarity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A background in Quality Assurance or hands-on testing is especially valuable and will be prioritized.

  • A natural curiosity for how systems work and a desire to continuously improve processes, documentation, and team workflows.

  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture.

  • Prior experience in a 6-month high-intensity contract environment.

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) or Agile (CSPO) is a plus, but hands-on experience is prioritized.
