  • Design, implement, and continuously improve IT project management processes and templates across the full lifecycle (intake, feasibility, charter, planning, execution, closeout).

  • Support project intake, demand prioritization, and resource alignment processes.

  • Establish best practices for status reporting, risk management, change control, and milestone tracking.

  • Help standardize the use of PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

  • Project Support & Execution

  • Governance & Reporting

  • Track project performance against defined KPIs and support portfolio reporting to IT leadership.

  • Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to feed into continuous improvement.

  • Help establish governance cadence (steering committees, dashboards, stage-gates).

  • 5+ years of IT project management experience in a PMO or IT delivery setting.

  • Proven success delivering technology initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

  • Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

  • Strong understanding of project financials, business case development, and risk management.

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not required.
