Design, implement, and continuously improve IT project management processes and templates across the full lifecycle (intake, feasibility, charter, planning, execution, closeout).

Support project intake, demand prioritization, and resource alignment processes.

Establish best practices for status reporting, risk management, change control, and milestone tracking.

Help standardize the use of PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, etc.).

Governance & Reporting

Track project performance against defined KPIs and support portfolio reporting to IT leadership.

Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned to feed into continuous improvement.

Help establish governance cadence (steering committees, dashboards, stage-gates).

5+ years of IT project management experience in a PMO or IT delivery setting.

Proven success delivering technology initiatives in both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Experience with project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.

Strong understanding of project financials, business case development, and risk management.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred but not required.
