📣 At New Combin, we’re hiring a Help Desk / IT Support (Remote- LATAM)
We’re looking for someone with MSP experience and strong English to support end users.
Requirements:
✔️ 1–3 years in Help Desk / IT Support
✔️ MSP experience
✔️ Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
✔️ PSA & RMM tools experience
✔️ Microsoft 365 + basic networking
✔️ Fluent English (spoken & written)
Nice to have:
✅ CompTIA certs, macOS support, Intune/MDM, security tools
✅Interest in growing into L2/L3 or sysadmin roles
