🚀 New Combin is hiring: Help Desk / IT Support (Remote - LATAM)

We’re looking for a Help Desk / IT Support professional with 1–3 years of experience, MSP background, and strong spoken and written English to support end users remotely.

Requirements:

✔️ 1–3 years of experience in Help Desk / IT Support

✔️ MSP experience

✔️ Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

✔️ Experience with PSA and RMM tools

✔️ Microsoft 365 and basic networking knowledge

✔️ Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

✅ CompTIA certifications

✅ macOS support experience

✅ Intune / MDM knowledge

✅ Familiarity with security tools

✅ Interest in growing into L2/L3 or SysAdmin roles
