At New Combin, we’re looking for a Ssr/Sr IT Recruiter to work remotely with one of our U.S. based clients 🌍

🔎 Requirements:

✔️ Fluent English and experience recruiting US- based candidates for IT roles

✔️ Strong use of LinkedIn Recruiter Premium + ATS (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Indeed)

✔️ Experience hiring profiles like Software Engineers, AI/ML, Data Engineers, DevOps, QA, BA, PMs, Architects, etc.

✔️ Ability to detect and filter fraudulent candidates

✔️ Experience in staffing agencies / high-volume environments, with strong prioritization and pipeline management

✔️ Full-time availability aligned with Eastern Time

💼 What you'll do:

• Manage multiple U.S.-based roles in a fast-paced environment

• Source, screen, and engage candidates across channels

• Build strong pipelines and ensure candidate quality and authenticity

• Work closely with internal teams and clients

✨ Nice to have:

✅ Experience recruiting creative/design roles

✅ Experience with large or vendor-managed clients

✅ Familiarity with VMS (Wand, Workday, Fieldglass)

✅ Experience with fraud detection tools and AI/LLMs in recruiting

✅ Strong client references and interest in strategic initiatives
