🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Recruiter – US Market

At New Combin, we’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to support high-volume US staffing operations.

Must have:

✔️Fluent English

✔️Experience recruiting IT roles in the US

✔️LinkedIn Recruiter Premium + ATS experience (JobDiva, Bullhorn, Indeed, etc.)

✔️ Strong ability to identify fraudulent candidates

✔️ Experience recruiting Software, AI/ML, Data, ERP, Cybersecurity, DevOps, QA, BA, PM, and Technical/Solutions Architect profiles

✔️ Ability to work with urgency, prioritize roles, and build strong high-volume pipelines

✔️Full-time availability aligned with Eastern Time

✔️ Staffing agency / high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred and likely required, evaluated case by case

💡Nice to have:

VMS experience (Wand, Workday, Fieldglass), large client/vendor-managed environments, fraud detection tools, AI/LLM recruiting tools, creative/design recruiting, strong references, and interest in strategic initiatives beyond day-to-day recruiting.
