Data Scientist Open Position

About the Role

At Vascar Solutions, we are looking for a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Generative AI, NLP, and Deep Learning infrastructure to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and deployment of highly scalable AI agents, focusing heavily on domain-specific challenges within retail taxonomy.

You will move beyond API-wrapper solutions to build, fine-tune, and optimize bespoke pipelines using state-of-the-art open-source models. If you are passionate about inference optimization, advanced semantic search, and eliminating LLM hallucinations in production environments, we want to hear from you.

Required Qualifications & Core Stack

• Core Stack: Senior Python, SQL, and Deep Learning ecosystems (PyTorch, Hugging Face).

• AI & NLP: Fine-tuning open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral), building robust RAG pipelines, and orchestration with LangChain / vLLM.

• Infrastructure: Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and advanced semantic search.
