Niuro is an agentic hiring platform that connects US companies with top engineering talent in Latin America. We are hiring an AI Operations & Growth Lead: an AI builder with a business mindset who owns solutions from problem to measurable result.

You will:

• Build, deploy and improve AI systems, agents and workflow automations for real operational needs.

• Analyze processes, find bottlenecks and ship improvements in efficiency, quality or throughput.

• Own client delivery, service levels, issue resolution and communication with US clients.

• Track KPIs, measure impact and prioritize by business outcome.

• Spot account growth opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations.

You bring:

• Around 3 to 5 years in AI operations, automation, engineering or research (flexible for exceptional candidates).

• Proven experience building AI systems and agents, and designing workflow automation.

• Systems thinking and bottleneck analysis.

• Client delivery and SLA experience, plus commercial judgment.

• C1 English for US client work.

Computer, mathematical, industrial or process engineering backgrounds, PhDs and startup experience are welcome. Nice to have: custom agent skills, MCP and API integrations, agent memory design, AI evaluations.
