Requirements

  • Over 7 years of experience with C# and the .NET framework
  • Previous experience as a .Net Architect or Tech Lead
  • Expertise in technical and security matters
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning
  • Servant leadership qualities
  • Humility and helpfulness
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior managers to determine specific business application needs
  • Develop and implement application development plans for new or existing applications
  • Lead the application development team through design, testing, and modification stages
  • Demonstrate application prototypes and incorporate user feedback
  • Write scripts and code, as well as install and update applications
  • Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration
  • Document application development processes, procedures, and standards
  • Integrate modern application architecture trends into development projects
  • Support the engineering and security teams in addressing patching, vulnerability management, security automation, and compliance testing
