What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated QA Manual Tester to design and implement test plans that improve the usability of our products. The QA Manual Tester will collaborate with the development team to debug code, fix errors, and troubleshoot any issues with the software. A successful QA Manual Tester should be diligent, have a solid understanding of software code and testing methodologies, and work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases.
• Dive deep into software development to develop QA approaches that measure confidence in the product.
• Collaborate directly with the development and QA teams to iteratively improve our software development process.
• Write test plans and test cases without formal specifications.
• Adapt to testing in a development environment with limited control over testing data.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of overall QA testing experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams of developers, scrum masters, product owners, etc.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects with high quality.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly shift priorities and adapt to changes.
