We are seeking a UX Content Designer to join our team. You will collaborate with our exceptional clients in one of two capacities:

Team Augmentation:

You will integrate directly into our client's team, working daily alongside their designers and engineers.

Design & Build:

You will join a FullStack product team to develop and deliver a product to our clients.

What We Are Looking For:

• Over 4 years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Significant experience as a UX Content Designer.
• Proficiency in using Figma.
• Experience with Agile management platforms such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Mingle, Jira, etc.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards like AODA or WCAG as they relate to UX content.
• Solid understanding of current design thinking, UX content design best practices, and a user-centric approach within complex groups or large organizations.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• A completed four-year college degree.
• Ability to take full ownership of your work, meeting agreed-upon expectations daily.
• Alignment with FullStack's client goals and a commitment to delivering on team commitments.
• Consistent availability to work 40 hours per week.
