Our mission is to enable everyone to contribute and co-create the software that powers our world. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to work on our AI products, collaborating closely with various teams to drive the development of AI-powered products for software development.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for working on AI products across the company, leveraging your experience in AI product design to drive innovation and growth. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve the user experience through AI, and contribute to the development of our design system.

You will be working on the next generation of AI-powered products, including AI agents and coding support tools, and will contribute to our design system by creating or co-creating design system components. You will also be part of the team supporting research and design efforts for Duo Workflow and Duo Chat, and will assist teams in identifying opportunities to improve the user experience through AI.

Our company runs on our own product, and we stay aligned with our values. We are looking for a user-centric designer who is comfortable with rapid change and can occasionally get in the weeds with some coding practices.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working on AI products, such as natural language models, recommendation systems, or chatbots.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps and SDLC.
  • Ability to work with team members across functions and product areas.
  • Experience conducting research with various methods, and strong decision-making skills for when to do research.
  • Ability to empathize with the developer persona and other personas across the SDLC.

We offer a pay range of $114,200 to $244,800 USD, depending on the location and level of the role. Our Talent Acquisition team can help answer any questions about location and pay after starting the recruiting process.
