Job Opportunity: QA Automation Engineer

At Talenter, we are seeking QA Automation Engineers with a strong background in test automation and programming. Candidates can be based in Uruguay or Argentina.

Requirements

• English Proficiency: C1 level.
• Expertise in designing and executing test plans (automated and manual).
• In-depth knowledge of software testing processes for automation projects.
• Proficient in programming with Java, Python, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of data structures and solving basic programming exercises.
• Experience with web testing, service testing, and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with CI/CD testing, GraphQL, APIs, and Cypress.
• Minimum of 3 years as a test automation engineer.
• Experience in agile development environments (Scrum and Kanban) using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Experience with AWS is preferred.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and use other programming languages as required by the client.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for both automation and manual testing projects.
• Serve as a test automation analyst, ensuring high software quality.
• Develop automation scripts using Java, Python, and SQL.
• Conduct web testing, service testing, and CI/CD testing.
• Manage non-relational databases (MongoDB).
• Perform testing in agile environments (Scrum and Kanban) using Azure DevOps.
• Implement and maintain tests for GraphQL, APIs, and Cypress.
• Adapt to other programming languages based on client needs.
