Invitro Capital is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with expertise in React. In this position, you will lead the design, development, and optimization of user-focused, high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with various teams to translate business needs into effective, scalable, and responsive frontend solutions. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design web applications using React and related technologies, ensuring they are responsive and user-friendly.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to create visually appealing and functional interfaces.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Work in tandem with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with server-side logic.
• Implement and maintain automated testing and code quality tools to ensure application reliability and stability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues as they arise.
• Stay current with the latest trends in frontend development, continuously improving your skills and contributing innovative ideas.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or in a similar role, with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Extensive hands-on experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux, React Router).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in frontend performance optimization.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and frameworks such as Python and Django.
• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme, and in test-driven development (TDD).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
