At Scale AI, our goal is to speed up the development of AI applications. For the past 8 years, Scale has been at the forefront of AI data, supporting significant advancements in areas like generative AI, defense, and autonomous vehicles. With our recent Series F funding, we're expanding our efforts in creating frontier data to advance Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). We're also building on our previous work in model evaluation for enterprise clients and governments, enhancing our capabilities in both public and private sectors.

About Data Engine

Our Generative AI Data Engine drives the most advanced large language models (LLMs) and generative models globally. This is achieved through top-tier reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), human data generation, model evaluation, safety measures, and alignment. The data we produce is crucial for how humanity will interact with AI.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough manual testing of complex front-end applications, identifying bugs and unexpected behaviors with precision.
• Work closely with various stakeholders to gather product requirements and obtain the necessary information to accurately reproduce issues.
• Develop and maintain automated frontend tests using frameworks like Cypress for a highly configurable and rapidly evolving application.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, including manual and/or automated testing.
• Proficiency with JavaScript testing frameworks such as Cypress or Jest.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in a tech startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of React, HTML, and/or TypeScript.
• A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and experience as a power user of large language models (LLMs).
