Responsibilities:

• Design, redesign, and implement connectivity, security, and delivery services related to virtual networks, VPNs, NAT gateways, DNS, load balancers, web application firewalls, application gateways, and more.
• Experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery within a hybrid environment.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of the firm’s network and infrastructure security solutions, including VPN/firewall, network, and cloud security.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Team and other IT teams to set standards and goals for security solutions, supporting broader IT security objectives.
• Continuously adapt and refine architecture, configuration standards, and protocols in partnership with Infrastructure and Cyber teams.
• Experience in designing networks with regional resilience.
• Develop and implement network roadmaps, architecture, standards, and governance.
• Work closely with Information Security, Compliance, and IT leadership to architect solutions that meet the firm’s policies and standards while ensuring a quality end-user experience.
• Lead the continuous development, improvement, and automation of Perimeter Defense-related solutions and support activities.
• Proven experience with network switching and routing, firewall and intrusion detection/prevention systems, and network/web protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, UDP, IPSEC, HTTP, HTTPS).
• Manage competing priorities effectively while working on multiple complex and highly visible projects.
• Contribute to the design and execution of vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing, deploying, maintaining, and improving on-premise and cloud networks.
• Strong understanding of data center network provisioning.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Cisco and HPE Switches.
• Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure certifications.
• Experience using network management tools, deploying, and managing firewalls/routers.
• Familiarity with load balancers, remote access VPNs, Next Gen Firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Knowledge of ITIL and change management processes.
• Hands-on experience with multiple platforms, including Windows, Linux, OSX, Cisco, and others in a corporate environment.
• A self-starter with high energy, able to meet the needs of a demanding business and IT environment.
