What will you be doing?

You will have the opportunity to work in a company that invests in larger communities through our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, created to support those traditionally excluded from the financial system. Millions of Americans are unbanked or underbanked, lacking access to credit and other financial products that many of us take for granted. Through our CSR platform, we strive to make a tangible difference for these underserved communities.

This position is a full-stack role focused on creating a high-quality paid membership product, but the team ultimately owns the web and backend systems for the entire registered user experience.

We are seeking engineers with the following qualifications:

• Work collaboratively with the development team to design, develop, and deploy new backend services that support web features
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on industry best practices and team standards
• Build robust, high-quality REST API endpoints, backend components, and GraphQL schemas to support feature development
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality
• Actively engage in code reviews by providing and receiving constructive feedback

We will be excited to reach out to you if you also have:

• At least 2 years of experience as a web engineer
• Over 3 years of backend or full-stack experience with Python or Golang
• Extensive experience with API development
• Solid experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)
• Experience in frontend development with React, HTML, and CSS is highly desirable
