The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the NICE CXone software platform. The key duties include working across all tiers of the technology stack, such as designing and developing products and features, conducting unit tests, reviewing code, addressing defects during the QA phase, supporting the production environment, and collaborating with other developers within an agile team structure.

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in PHP 8+, React, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, RESTful web services, and ORM.

• Familiarity with AWS.
