Summary

As an IT Junior Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to our customers, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and ensure our IT systems and infrastructure operate smoothly.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide support to all company departments using BYOD devices.
  • Remotely onboard and offboard employees following established protocols.
  • Develop and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Offer technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure, including password management, license control, and device management.
  • Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity and routing problems.
  • Support Microsoft Azure and other cloud-based services.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
  • Manage vendor relationships and collaborate as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Full-time remote availability, 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time, 10 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Availability for a few hours over weekends on an as-needed basis.
  • Bring Your Own Device: You must have a computer that meets our requirements.
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT support and/or administration.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Technical expertise including but not limited to: Microsoft Azure, password management tools (e.g., Keeper), operating system troubleshooting, Office 365, ATERA, AnyDesk, basic AWS knowledge.
  • Customer-first orientation, proactive problem-solving approach, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
